We restructured the entire acquisition funnel around the VSL, repositioned it as a premium "Free Training," and built friction into the booking flow to filter intent.
Eliminated low-intent lead magnets. Repositioned VSL as exclusive "Free Training" — lifting landing page opt-in rate from 10% → 40% (4× uplift).
Delayed "Book a Call" CTA to the 20-minute mark of a 30-min video. Reduced unqualified call rate to under 2%.

Meta Ads were rebuilt with a clean-slate structure: new campaign architecture, refined audience segmentation, and creative developed to match brand tone while driving purchase intent directly.
